Current Areas of practice include:
Barrister practising in civil law particularly in the areas of
Commercial, Insurance, Administrative, Local Government and
Planning Law, Common Law and Equity, Professional Liability,
Building Construction.
Practising also as a Mediator and Arbitrator (Grade 1 -
Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators) in all areas of civil
law.
Mediation experience includes in excess of 700 mediations since
1992 in disputes involving all levels of State and Federal
Courts jurisdiction and non-court disputes in various States of
Australia.
