Areas of
Practice
Since coming to the Bar I have practised primarily in Family Law
in both property and children matters.
I have developed a sound understanding of the workings of the
Family Court of Australia and will continue to expand my
practice into complex property and financial matters in this
jurisdiction.
Other areas include equity/commercial including corporations and
contractual disputes and taxation matters. I also appear in the
criminal jurisdiction.
I have appeared in various courts, both as primary counsel and
having been led, including Family Court of Australia, Supreme
Court of NSW, District Court and Local Courts.
My pro bono work has included appearing as duty barrister in a
variety of matters and as well as appearing in both civil and
criminal matters.
